Jacob T. Laden, MA is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Full Circle Analysis, a boutique advisory practice supporting mission-driven organizations and individuals through program evaluation, strategic planning, organizational development, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and executive, professional, and personal coaching.
With nearly two decades of experience across nonprofit, government, private-sector, and international development settings, Jacob helps clients clarify questions, use evidence well, and move from strategy to practical action. His career includes leadership roles and consulting engagements with NORC at the University of Chicago, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Education, FEMA, USAID, and the World Bank.
He also completed executive learning in Organizational Leadership and Coaching at Northwestern University, strengthening his work in leadership development, organizational change, and coaching.
Jacob completed executive learning in Organizational Leadership and Coaching at Northwestern University, adding advanced coaching and leadership training to his background in evaluation, strategy, and organizational development.
He holds an MA in International Affairs, International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, with a focus on peacebuilding and development. His thesis examined peacebuilding and development planning in India and Pakistan.
